Four steps in every engagement
The same four steps apply to every workflow, from a restaurant's purchase records to a law firm's court documents.
Study
Each engagement starts with the existing process. The steps, documents, systems and decision points are recorded with the staff who do the work.
Steps that are repetitive, rule-based or high-volume are picked as candidates for automation.
Build
The chosen steps are automated, using the systems the business already has where possible.
AI is used only where a step needs reading, classifying or drafting. Fixed rules and calculations stay as plain code.
Each workflow is tested on the client's own past cases before it goes live.
Review
Every AI output goes to a person for checking. Drafts are marked as drafts, and uncertain items are flagged.
Nothing is sent, filed or paid automatically. An audit trail records the sources each output relied on.
Hand over
The client receives written guides and training for each workflow, so their own staff can run and adjust it.
Support continues after go-live, and changes to the workflow are recorded.
