How Cristus Solutions LLP handles personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
This website
This website has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no analytics. It does not collect personal data.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page opens. Google's own privacy policy applies to that request.
Data we collect
We collect only what you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp: usually your name, contact details and the content of your message.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To provide, support and invoice the services a client has engaged us for.
We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing.
Client data in our solutions
When we build or run a workflow for a client, the client remains responsible for the personal data in it. We process that data only on the client's instructions and only for that engagement.
Sharing and transfers
We use service providers for email and hosting, which may store data outside Singapore. We use providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, and then delete it.
Your rights
You may ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use. We will reply within 30 days.
